CalcPlanet is usable without an account. Optional accounts use email + password or Google sign-in, handled by our authentication provider. Administrative dashboards are gated by a server-side role check; client-side role flags are never trusted on their own.

The application is delivered as a static frontend through a global CDN with TLS in transit. Server-side logic runs in managed serverless functions. We rely on our backend provider's standard platform controls for network, patching, and infrastructure hardening; we do not claim any independent certification of those controls on this page.

• Calculator inputs you type are processed in your browser; results are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly use a "save" or "share" feature.
• Anonymous usage analytics (page path, country, device type, session id) to monitor stability and popular tools.
• Account data (email, display name) only if you create an account.
• Saved or shared results that you choose to persist, accessible via the share link you receive.

Database tables are protected by row-level security. Personal data (profiles, saved results, favorites, calculator history) is readable only by the signed-in owner or by server roles acting on their behalf. Anonymous analytics tables are write-only for visitors and readable only by administrators.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 with all advertising and analytics signals defaulted to denieduntil you accept on our cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies (session, security, preferences) are always set. You can change your choice at any time from the footer.

Account holders can request deletion of their account and associated profile, favorites, history and saved results by emailing support@calcplanet.com. Anonymous analytics rows are aggregated and pruned on a rolling schedule.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please email support@calcplanet.com with steps to reproduce. We ask that you give us a reasonable window to investigate and patch before any public disclosure.

CalcPlanet is a consumer calculator site and is not presented as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, or ISO-27001 certified. We follow GDPR-aligned practices for EU visitors (lawful basis, consent for non-essential cookies, deletion on request). For specific legal or contractual requirements, please contact us before relying on this service.
